1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Prescription Medications: Due to legal regulations, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications unless:
- The product was damaged upon delivery.
- An incorrect product was sent.
- The product was recalled by the manufacturer.
- Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products: Unopened, unused, and undamaged OTC products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
- Non-Medication Products: For health products such as skincare, vitamins, and medical devices, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to be eligible for return.
2. Conditions for Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Opened or used prescription medications.
- Perishable goods such as food supplements that have been opened or are nearing expiry.
- Personal hygiene products that have been unsealed.
- Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support:
Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order via email at [email address] or call [phone number] with your order number, product details, and reason for return. - Approval & Return Authorization:
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Items returned without a valid RA number will not be accepted. - Package & Ship the Item:
Once approved, carefully package the item(s) in their original condition and send them to the return address provided. Please include your RA number in the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). - Inspection & Refund:
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Prescription Medications: Only eligible for refunds if the product is defective or an error was made in your order.
- OTC and Non-Medication Products: Refunds will be issued for returned items that meet the return criteria. A full refund will be provided, minus any original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will offer an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact our customer support team within 14 days to arrange the exchange and provide details about the issue. If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a full refund or wait for the item to become available.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damage for verification purposes. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact customer support immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process if eligible.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please:
