Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for the following items:

  • Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products: Unopened, unused, and undamaged OTC products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Prescription Medications: Unfortunately, due to legal regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned unless the item was damaged during shipping or an incorrect product was delivered.
  • Non-Medication Products: Items such as skincare, vitamins, and medical devices may be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Process
To return an eligible item:

  • Package the Item: Include the RA number inside the package and send the item back in its original condition to the return address provided by our support team.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
